Payment & Cancellation Policy.

Payments

  • Payment for initial consultation and assessment must be made online at the time of booking. 

  • All Bookings must be paid for at the time of booking to secure the booking and discount. If payment has not been made, the appointment slot may be given to another paying client.

  • Payment for treatments can be made online at the time of booking.

  • Please note that discounts cannot be combined with other offers.

Notice of rescheduling and cancellation​

Your health and the health of all of our clients matters to us. To ensure that all of our clients are treated fairly and are able to receive treatment in a timely manner, Amazonian Wellbeing asks that you provide at least 24-hours notice if you need to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you change or reschedule your appointment without providing us with 24-hours advance notice or fail to keep your appointment (if you are a no-show) you will be charged the full treatment fee.

To change or cancel an existing appointment, please contact us at info@amazonianwellbeing.co.uk or reschedule your appointment online. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment you must notify us (by phone or text) within 24 hours prior to your appointment, failing to do so, you will be charged a cancellation fee (the 100% cost of your appointment) at the discretion of Amazonian Wellbeing.

  • If you would like to cancel your appointment, you must notify me by phone or text within 24 hours prior to your appointment, please note that you will be charged a cancellation fee (the 100% cost of your appointment) at the discretion of Amazonian Wellbeing.

  • If you cancel your appointment or no show without notifying me by phone or text, or if you have notified me but is less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% cost of your appointment (no-refund) at the discretion of Amazonian Wellbeing.

PAY AS YOU GO (PAYG) 

The pay as you go option at Amazonian Wellbeing if perfect for those who are trying a massage for the first time or can only visit the clinic a few times of the year. 

With no strings attached, clients can purchase a treatment duration online at a time and date available which suits them best. 

For all PAYG bookings, pre payment of the treatment will be provided to ensure the space is theirs and theirs only. However we understand if you need to reschedule from time to time, so please ensure you give over 24hours notice or else you risk not having this refunded. At the clinic’s discretion will a refund be actioned if the cancellation if under 24 hours (I.e no-shows & last minute cancellations) 

PAYG customers will also be able to use their gift vouchers and promotional codes within their purchase.

AMAZONIAN CLUB MEMBERSHIP
Level up your recovery game and become part of the Amazonian Club. Members can choose between 2, 4 and 8 treatments per month at either 40, 60 or 90 minutes. 

​

This unique plan allows all members to:

  • Stay up to date on treatments.

  • Not let any progress be jeopardized.

  • Have 2,4 or 8 treatments per month guaranteed.

  • Add it as part of their daily/ training regimen to keep one step ahead of everyone else. 

  • Promote recovery and Wellbeing

  • Receive special offers before the public

  • Can choose between clinic or at home membership plans

  • Cancel anytime after the three month minimum term

And even better....the first month is 50% off on us! 

Just make a deposit for the first month and then you will be assigned a plan to commence the following month.

The only conditions are that:

  1. No treatments can be carried over into the next month. If you don’t use them, they go.

  2. A minimum term of three months payment is completed before cancellation is accepted. 

  3. 24 hour cancellation policy still applies. If you book an appointment and do not attend this will still count as a usage. 


E-GIFT VOUCHERS

Want to build up your own in store credit or give someone special to you an unforgettable experience? Then through our website we also offer E-Gift vouchers. There is no maximum amount of vouchers a customer can purchase. Just please ensure you are adding your email address correctly and only yours as the code will automatically apply to your account. If you wish to gift someone else , then you can simply add their details and email address into the directed payment section. Keep your eyes open for may promotions throughout the year which may apply to you.

At Amazonian Wellbeing, keeping active and healthy means a lot to us. So we have partnered up with a selection of facilities to offer their members and staff a 10% promotional code. Centres we offer this promotion to:

Throughout the year Amazonian Wellbeing will also offer other promotional codes so make sure you stay tuned. 

As a thank you to our emergency services, as we all know how hard they work and bodies need the TLC. We also offer 20% off our treatments to members of Police, Fire, Ambulance & NHS.

To redeem a promotional code, please choose the promotion code pathway at checkout and make note of if you are a member of any of the above groups. Please make sure you have evidence of this either by members card, Blue light card or form of related identification. No evidence of association to the above groups won’t be accepted and you will be charged the full treatment price.
